In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, Mangaloom will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Mangaloom service and/or the Mangaloom website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to Mangaloom's Designated Copyright Agent identified in the sample notice below.

Mangaloom functions as a search engine or index, gathering and organizing links to content that is publicly available on the internet. We do not host any copyrighted files, such as comic images or chapters, on our own servers. All content is scraped from and indexed from third-party sources. Mangaloom is not responsible for the content of external websites. Any copyrighted material is hosted on these third-party servers, and we have no control over its presence or removal from those sources.

We strongly encourage copyright holders to contact the third-party websites that are actually hosting the infringing content to have it permanently removed from the internet. Filing a notice with us will only remove the link from our search index.

DMCA Takedown Notice Procedure

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Mangaloom's Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Mangaloom will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

To be effective, your notification must be in writing and include the following information:

1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
2. Identify the material or link on our Site that you claim is infringing the copyrighted work. You must provide the full and specific URL(s) on mangaloom.app where the material is located.
3. Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:

5. Provide your physical or electronic signature.
